Johnny in his own words
Working as a casting director gets me into all sorts of venues and weird and wonderful locations. I look forward to my waking up every day and seeing what wonderful opportunities bring that manifest themselves in the form of an email to me or a phone call or text. We get around 250 – 2000 emails a day at the agency depending on the time of year and how busy we are. At the peak we will usually be opening our doors to new actors, models, extras, dancers, etc. and also casting for a few films simultaneously we do however gear up for that and do take on more staff to collate and database, spread sheet all the new info coming in so we can maximise our time management.
There is nothing I like more that receiving headshots, showreels and viewing people that I’ve haven’t seen before as everyone that comes into contact with us although it may not be straight away but we do try and our upmost to place you in a film or TV production. I like to think you will work with me at least once and see how we do things but more than that I personally like to build up a strong relationship with all our artistes and think of us more of a family that just an agency where I tell you where there’s work.

About our founder Johnny Lynch
Achievement is the byword that runs throughout Johnny’s C.V. During his career he has shown all the qualities required to maintain proven success. His organisation skills, will to win, and sheer tenacity are evident throughout. Johnny believes that self-managing his performance has been a positive influence on his successful track record. As appropriate Johnny has a keen understanding of coaching skills from his involvement in Scuba diving Instructor training and has utilised these skills in his business career. Johnny’s active in raising money for various charity’s over £50.000 including Clic, Anthony Nolan, Cancer Research, Sparks and most recently the RNLI and Crisis where he walked from Canterbury to Southwalk Cathedral.
Johnny would tell you he loves the ocean and from an early age enjoyed swimming after completing a mile for cancer research at 5 years old, growing up his love of the water hasn’t diminished which led him into the underwater world of scuba diving. It was when he was diving in the English Channel and saved a life and then a year later having to come to the rescue of another diver in trouble while diving in the Red Sea that he decided to train as a first aid instructor and oxygen administrator which empowered him and gave him confidence that he lacked when he was younger.
He as worked on low budget production to James Bond 'Skyfall' Before he started the agency he was a supporting artist himself and so knows the industry from that point of view, his extensive credits can be found on our 'Credit List' page if you look past the agency credits. Before that he qualified as a first aid instructor and scuba diving instructor in 2006, his first work combining using his diving in the film industry was when he was asked to be the marine safety officer and safety diver of the feature film ‘The Fitzroy’ due out in November 2014. Diving is described as Johnny’s first real love.
