  • 5th NOVEMBER 2014 – Writer James Moran (Cockneys vs Zombies) confirms his attendance at Backyard Cinema Apocalypse, the 4 hour, theatrical, Zombie Apocalypse themed cinema experience with live actors, a fully licensed bar, street food and an End of the World party.

Get your tickets from me now for access to the only safe place in London; a top-secret East London survivor’s camp. Once you have cleared quarantine, survivors will be left to roam free around the base where they will come face to face with the infected and discover for themselves the true scale of devastation the planet is facing.

Stock up on supplies, both food and drink before you explore the Secret Zombie Testing Facility, get taught a range of crucial survival techniques that will equip you with the skills required to battle the Zombie infestation. You can now relax and enjoy the Zom/com movie that we worked on in peace knowing that you are equipped to handle the Apocalypse and there are trained professionals around to keep you safe.

Let’s just hope something doesn’t go drastically wrong… and you survive long enough to attend the End of the World party and then the showing of the feature film ‘Cockneys vs Zombies’

For those of you that would like to come along with me on November 5th, let me know as am sure it will be a most enjoyable evening.

  • Sat 18th & Sun 19th October 2014 - The Isle of Write Literary Festival

The Middle Man Artwork
On Friday this week I hoped over the channel to the pre meetings of the 'Isle of Write Literary Festival,' an annual event which is considered by some to be the mecca for writers and equivalent to Cannes for film makers.

Launching his autobiography at the festival 'The Middle Man' by publishing house 'Percy Publishing,' which will now be turned into a feature film was writer Philip Howard.

Philip Howard at IOWLF
The true life story of the author is an account of his days in London's gangster land and was also a great opportunity for me to talk about the forthcoming film.

'The Middle Man'
Tagline - In life we all have an unspeakable secret, an irreversible regret, an unreachable dream and a unforgettable love.

The film already as a fantastic cast attached and is looking to go into production in early 2015.

Reapers Shadow currently in Devlopment

Also gearing up for the festival who I met up with was Joseph Sultana the writer of 'Reapers Shadow' Sultana already a critically acclaimed writer with 'Unsceptred Isle' his debut novel

Joseph Sultan & Phil Howard on the Festival Circuit

'Reapers Shadow'
Tagline - A surreal tail of a post apocalyptic England. The world has gone to hell leaving Latimer a tortured soul wallowing in this hell.

Am pleased to be on board as producer of both films and look forward to telling you soon what was discussed.

Start of a brand new week but wanted to say thanks for what was one of the highlights of last when I was asked to judge at DSTRKT Leicester Square a model

Well done to all the girls that took part, the event organisers, the sponsors, the fashion houses that supplied the outfits, my fellow judges, the ones that worked front of house and behind the scenes and especially well done to Zandra who won on the night but from where i was sitting everyone involved was a winner on Weds night and a night I will remember for a long time to come.

See you all in Poland. Thank you.

Sean Pertwee, guess who is the badger is?

  • Screening of 'The Magnificent Eleven' from writer Irvine Welsh starring Sean Pertwee
Into June and was fantastic to see the crew, cast and all so many of the extras again along with the finished film ‘The Magnificent Eleven’

Would like to thank the producer John Adams who gave an open invitation to a screening of the film and the after party to all the supporting artists of the film. Something that is very rare and we all appreciated it.

  • Supporting Bradley who suffers from Neuroblastorma at Manchester United Football Club.

On May 13th a few of us from 'The Lynch Mob Agency' went along to Manchester United Football Club and an evening to celebrate the courage of a young man called Bradley who suffers from ‘neuroblastoma’ and where we raised some money for him to have a better quality of life.

Was a moving evening but then transformed into a tribute to him with stars from stage and screen in attendance.

Thanks to event organisers Mark Busby and MB Entertainments for the ticket and the hotel, thanks to celebrity booker James ‘Jazzy Jim’ Lewis for the invite and for the Limo up to Manchester, thanks to Manchester Football Club and the promotions team for the bracelets given to us on arrival that you can see us sporting in the pictures but the biggest thanks go to Brad for showing the courage and bravery combined with strength of ambition. Was a evening of mixed emotions and one I will never forget.

The last photo shows myself with an inceprdible brave lady Karen Johnson and a survivor herself of domestic abuse and who I have appointed as one of the two ambassadors for my film ‘Homelessness’, You can read Karen's motivation for been part of the production and what my reasons for choosing such a person on the a facebook page here https://www.facebook.com/UKHomelessness

Am sure on reading this little bio put together you will welcome her abroad.

Together we can make a difference.

Well its FREE to get in and the bar is well priced for us all but please get all your questions in now, I urge you to check your route before you set off, dress smart, casual if you wish and if you see me at the bar then come and have a relaxing chat.
